Professional Services
Our integration services ensure best practices on connecting your existing data environment to the Knowledge Catalog. We start by reviewing your current systems, data sources, and governance needs. Then we design an integration plan that fits into how your organization works. Our team connects your data platforms, databases, Office 365 business applications, and existing catalogs, and keeps that information up to date as your environment changes. The result is one trusted source your teams can use to find, understand, and rely on the data they need.
How we work
Four stages, run with your team and your IT provider, from the first review to an environment that stays connected.
Review
We review your current systems, data sources and governance needs: where your documents and data live, who owns them, and who may see what.
Design
We design an integration plan that fits how your organization works: which sources come first, how access carries over, and how each one is kept current.
Connect
Our team connects your data platforms, databases, Office 365 business applications and existing catalogs, and checks that answers come back cited and that access rules hold.
Keep current
As your environment changes, with new sources, new teams, moved folders or new systems, we keep the catalog connected and up to date.
What we connect
Office 365 and business applications
SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams files, with sign-in through Microsoft 365, and the business applications your teams already use.
File servers and on-premises systems
Shared folders on your own servers, and practice-management systems such as ProLaw, read inside your network with your folder permissions kept.
Data platforms and databases
The systems where your records and documents are kept, connected read only, so nothing in them is changed.
Existing catalogs and documentation
Knowledge bases, policies, runbooks and FAQs, and documentation and ticketing systems such as IT Glue and ConnectWise PSA.
Cloud storage
Google Drive, Dropbox and Clio, folder by folder and matter by matter.
Governance carried over
Who may see which clients, matters, projects and folders, set from your Microsoft 365 groups and folder permissions, and tested person by person.
